Mark Conley joined Valeritas as the company's Director of Financial Planning & Analysis in August, 2012 and was appointed to Vice President, Corporate Controller and Treasurer in February 2016. He has over 30 years of experience in financial leadership roles in both public and privately held companies. Prior to joining Valeritas, Mark was the Global Finance Director at Thermo Fisher Scientific for their radiation instrumentation business. In addition he served as Vice President/Division Controller at Iron Mountain, Inc., and Operations Controller at Haemonetics Corporation. Mark earned a BS in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, a MBA from Bryant College, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
