Authorized Distributors
On June 9, 2006, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued new regulations to strengthen protections against the problem of counterfeit drugs. These new regulations require, among other things, manufacturers to specifically designate in a written agreement whether a distributor is authorized to distribute the manufacturer's products.
